Zac Efron fans, rejoice-it seems Teresa Palmer is not dating the still-single actor. The I Am Number Four actress hit Twitter to address rumours that she and Vanessa Hudgens' ex were an item, writing:
Wow laughing at all these crazy comments!! I am only going to say this once and never say it again....
Zac is my FRIEND and I have known him for years. I am very happy to be single and felt the need to put his young fans out of their misery!
Rumours that the two were an item came about after witnesses say they saw the two stars hook up at a club after a screening of Teresa's new film Take Me Home Tonight. But when we quizzed Teresa about her Valentine's Day plans, she told us, "me and my fellow boyfriendless friends were going to have a "psyched we're single!" party haha." It seems like she's pretty busy at the moment anyway - she's been promoting I Am Number Four with castmates Alex Pettyfer, Dianna Agron and Callan McAuliffe, and has double movie press duty with Take Me Home Tonight. Up next for Tez? Say Nothing and Mad Max: Fury Road.

High School Musical superstar Zac Efron has long been considered the sexiest Jew in Hollywood. It turns out-he's not Jewish. Shalom Life spoke with Zac's publicist this afternoon who confirmed the actor isn't Jewish.
"Zac isn't jewish. That was misprinted in a magazine," says Gina Hoffman, Efron's publicist.
Since this mistake was originally printed, over 5000 articles have been published regarding Efron's supposed Jewish ancestry. The Jewish Journal called Efron a "gorgeous Jewish boy" and The Examiner, allvoices.com, and gossipcop.com all suggest Vanessa Hudgens is contemplating converting to Judaism in order to continue dating Zac.
Until now, none of Efron's representative's has made a public statement to clear up this rumour.
So who will replace Efron as Sexiest Jew? Perhaps we should select a candidate that has confirmed their religious leanings first-hand.
Jake Gyllenhaal? Drake? Jake Epstein?

So, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens like totally split up in December 2010 and women of the world everywhere rejoiced / pretended to care a little bit so that we didn't come across as heartless bitches.
Since then there's been rumour after rumour after rumour that they're getting back together. Then they were spotted kissing at a party although there were no pictures so we're not sure if that counts.
Celebrity kissing only really counts when we have photographic evidence.
Then Vanessa said that the two were 'figuring things out'. Come on Vanessa it's so vague we don't even know what this means. Figuring out their relationship? Figuring out who they might date next? Figuring out who gets to keep the his and hers mini Cactae her parents got them for Christmas 2009.
And basically to cut a long story short we're just very confused as to whether this are they, aren't they couple are or not.
So Zac and Vanessa, if you're reading this, we only think it's fair that you clear this one up so that we can start making a move on Zac or you know, move on to someone else.

For Vanessa Hudgens and Brittany Snow there was no worrying about boys this Valentine's Day! They were each other's valentines.
It seems Vanessa has found a replacement for Zac Efron this Valentine's Day!
At the alice+olivia fall 2011 presentation which took place at The Plaza, Vanessa and Brittany happily walked the red carpet together.
When asked who her valentine was Vanessa told reporters, "Brittany Snow! She is amazing. She is very loyal and true to herself."
Brittany returned the favor by saying that they "balance each other out."
She continued by saying, "She's really grounded. She's taught me so much about how to live life. She's a genuinely happy person and you need that around."
And what were they doing for the big day?
After Vanessa attended the Marc Jacobs show, Brittany was taking to her best friend to a concert for her favorite band, Carney!

'The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman' Casts Zac Efron NowPosted on Feb 14, 2011 - Source
Last April we heard that Shia LaBeouf was starring in The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman, a new action thriller that would have marked the directorial debut of commercials director Dante Ariola. However, LaBeouf is no longer going to be in the film, so The Playlist reports the Zac Efron will step up to star in the story of a boy who meets a girl in Europe only to find out that she has an insanely violent crime boss for a boyfriend. But since love knows no bounds, Charlie keeps taking punches just to win over the girl of his dreams and keep her safe. In addition, apparently Ariola is no longer directing the project either.
The script landed on the 2007 Black List, and for a script that may very well give away the end of the film in the title, that's certainly an impressive feat. Matt Drake is behind the screenplay, and the writer is also responsible for another intriguing project in the form of Project X, the tightly wrapped low budget comedy from producers Todd Phillips and Joel Silver. As for Efron, this marks another interesting project for his future as the actor not only has his own production company at Warner Bros., but he'll also be starring in the remake of Snabba Cash. As someone interested in seeing where Efron takes his career, I'm somewhat interested in this new project. How about you?
